Mr Stephen serves as Senior Strategic Advisor to DEBBO Leadership Trust, providing guidance on strategic partnerships, governance and institutional growth. Drawing on more than three decades of U.S. federal government service, including as a U.S. Ambassador, senior Foreign Service officer and at the Africa Desk at the U.S. Department of State, he advises DEBBO on leadership development, high-level partnership and fundraising strategy, as well as governance, ethics and risk, in support of DEBBO’s mission to cultivate globally minded, ethical and collaborative leaders.
