The Debbo Community of Practice (CoP) is both the front door and heartbeat of our ecosystem, a trusted space where African professionals, leaders and entrepreneurs learn, share and apply the principles of Debbo Thinking.

It’s where curiosity meets collaboration and where future clients, partners and facilitators first experience the Debbo approach.

Purpose:

• As a front door, our CoP welcomes you to experience collaborative learning before joining formal programs.
• As a sustaining community, it keeps alumni and practitioners connected, learning and co-creating after their program journey.

• Peer problem-solving and mastermind-style sessions

Membership Levels:

1. Open CoP (Free): Join community events and conversations.
2. Core CoP (Paid and Invitation-only): Deep-dive circles, exclusive learning resources and leadership labs.
3. Facilitator CoP: Certified practitioners and program alumni who co-lead sessions, mentor others and evolve the Debbo Thinking methodology.
